Description This course will examine both the theoretical and practical aspects of conflict resolution including: it’s causes; various approaches to resolving conflict; and how to minimize the probability of the conflict arising again. Crisis management will then be studied, with stress given to practical ways in which crises may be addressed. Case studies and interactive experiences will be used extensively in this course.
