Description This course acknowledges that understanding servant leadership in the church is one of the major issues in the growth of the Christian community today. As an interdisciplinary approach to Christian leadership, the course will focus on leadership as servant rather than administration. Drawing upon biblical teachings regarding servant leadership and reviewing current theory and practice from the business sector, this course will explore with the potential Christian leader the nature of effective servant leadership. The course will also introduce the student to conflict styles and the conflict cycle.
