Description God is actively at work, conforming the believer in the image of Christ. Both the biblical record and the Spirit of God invite followers of Jesus to participate in this journey of sanctification. God's transformin work frames a key question which this course will examine, namely: what spiritual practices, understandings, and attitudes constitute our appropriate response to the Spirit's invitation "to be cnoformed to the image of his Son" (Romans 8:29). In this online graduate-level course, students will explore a rich treasury of experiential practices, pilgrim attitudes, and spiritual traditions in order to grow deeper in their response to the work od God, and to be able to effectively accompany others on the journey.
