Description The Pastoral Leadership Programme (PLP) is sponsored by Victory Family Centre, Singapore (VFC) in cooperation with ATCEM. Candidacy for the PLP is by special invitation of VFC and is comprised of pastors, missionarieis, church planters and church leaders from its missions fields and associated churches around the world to give them an opportunity to be involved in the ministries of VFC first-hand through association with its regional centres. During this programme, the students also takes a series of ATCEM courses designed to give them further understanding of the ministry philosophy of VFC and also give them the opportunity to develop their own giftings and ministry skills. Thus this programme combines academic classes with practical work within the context of VFC Singapore.
