This program endeavors to further equip and prepare students in the following areas: •Develop skills in Interpersonal and Intercultural Communication that will allow students to effectively engage diverse cultures in a relevant and appropriate way. •Provide a Biblical and Spiritual Foundation for Leadership, and introduce them to leaders who are currently engaged in developing this lifelong skill. •Provide theoretical and practical skills in preparing students to engage and lead different cultures in fundamentally different ways than traditional western leadership theory prescribes. •Create awareness of current intercultural trends, perspectives and issues in global leadership. •Give students the practical tools to engage and explore diverse cultures. |
