Methods of instruction Bethany uses a diverse approach to learning. The model is based on the training philosophy of "know, be and do." Classroom lectures provide the knowledge basis. The "be" side occurs through a very intentional mentoring program which occurs on campus for the first two years and then during the 16-month Global Internship program. The "do" component takes place on the field as students work alongside missionaries learn all the aspects of missionary life. A strong prayer and worship focus occurs throughout the entire program.
