Methods of instruction This discipleship series is based on completing the work book study, and viewing an accompanying DVD (10-15 minutes per lesson). A powerful series for church based discipleship training in small groups taking participants through the this cyclical discipleship pathway.
Percentage of time spent in formal learning (e.g. lectures, structured reading, work-books, etc.) 50% of preparation is completing the weekly study in the work book, 50% in small group discussion based on that lesson.
Percentage of time spent on non-formal skill-based learning (e.g. learning on the job and supervised practice, etc.) With some manuals in the discipleship cycle there are practical projects designed to apply what is being learned in a variety of ways.
