| Description | This course describes the basic features of animistic societies. Witchcraft, rituals magic, and ancestor worship are considered in relationship to the planting of indigenous churches. The danger of syncretistic belief systems is discussed, and Christian approaches to the spirit world are presented. Aspects of spiritual warfare are considered and applications made to world evangelization and the defensive/offensive position of the Christian in ministry. |
