| Methods of instruction | The course is delivered via an online portal where the leaders could access through user id and password upon registration. The 1 year programme is divided into 12 courses which are offered one each in a month. Each of the courses are divided into 4 units the materials of which are uploaded on a weekly basis. The study material, PPT and short video lectures (about 250) are uploaded. Interaction between the participants and with faculty happens through discussion forums. There is an opportunity also for live interaction via webinar once a month. The learners are evaluated through online test.
