| Description | A customized online training will be provided from an experienced DELTA STM Coach. Individuals will interact with a mission coach and other individuals going on short-term mission trips through a variety of mediums including webinars, emails, reflections, and online forums. Training focuses on character transformation, the ABC's of short-term mission, cultural adaptation, interpersonal relationships, and conflict resolution. Each Team Member is provided the following resources: DISC Personality Profile, Spiritual Journal, Debrief Materials and various Missions Resources. |
